CARRY COT (921-XXX)

Safety

CARRY COT: For 0 – 6 Months Old · 9 kg max.

This product is suitable only for a child who cannot sit up unaided, roll over, or push itself up on its hands and knees.

Warnings

Never leave the child unattended.

Only use on a firm, horizontal, level, flat, and dry surface.

Do not let other children play unattended near the carry cot.

Do not use if any part of the carry cot is broken, torn, or missing.

Do not leave flexible carrying handles inside the carry cot.

Do not add another mattress on top of the mattress provided or recommended by the manufacturer.

Do not leave anything in the carry cot that could present a danger of suffocation, such as non-rigid toys or pillows.

Do not place the carry cot close to another product that could present a danger of strangulation, such as strings, blind cords, or curtain cords.

IMPORTANT

  • Please read the instructions carefully before assembling and using the product. Keep the instructions for future reference.
  • This product must be assembled by a responsible adult.
  • Remove all packaging materials and plastic bags before giving the product to your child.
  • Do not use this product near a staircase, on a slope, on a public highway, or on a wet surface.
  • Only use replacement parts supplied or approved by the manufacturer.
  • Do not place the carry cot near an open fire or other source of strong heat.
  • The handle(s) and the bottom of the carry cot should be inspected regularly for signs of damage and wear.
  • The head of the child in the carry cot should never be lower than the body of the child.
  • Be aware of the hazard of hitting the baby when placing the carry cot on the floor or moving through doorways.
  • Overheating can endanger the life of your child. Take into account the ambient temperature and the child's clothing, and ensure that the child is not too cold or too warm.
  • Ask a health professional for advice on safe sleeping.

COMPATIBILITY

The carry cot (921) is compatible only with GLOBBER STROLL•UP (920-XXX). No other stands are approved.

When the carry cot is installed on the STROLL•UP frame:

  • Only use on firm, horizontal, level, flat, and dry ground.
  • Do not let other children play unattended near the carry cot and stand.
  • Do not use if any part of the stand is broken, torn, or missing.
  • When the stand is not in use, store it away from children.

ASSEMBLY

1. BOX CONTENT

Open the box and remove:

  • Carry cot

2. UNFOLDING THE CARRY COT

  1. Hold the carry cot by the handles and push down on the bottom of the carry cot to unfold it.
  2. Secure the carry cot with the button located at each end of the product.
  3. Make sure the carry cot is securely unfolded before use.

3. INSTALLING THE CARRY COT

  1. Remove the cover from the seat and backrest. Start by unlocking the button under the seat and the leg rest.
  2. Untie both sides of the seat by unlocking the hooks on each side.
  3. Detach the rear fabric from the seat.
  4. Use the elastic band to secure the rolled-up backrest fabric.
  5. Insert the carry cot by sliding it into the catch until you hear a click.
  6. Make sure the carry cot is installed in the correct direction, with the baby facing you.

4. REMOVING THE CARRY COT

  1. Press the lower buttons on both sides of the carry cot and lift it out to remove it.
  2. Reinstall the seat and backrest by reversing the previous steps.
  3. Start from the leg rest, making sure all buttons are correctly attached.
  4. Reattach the hooks on each side.
  5. Unroll the back fabric and use the hook-and-loop fastener and button to reattach it.
  6. Make sure the seat is securely fixed.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

  • Prior to use, make sure that the product has been assembled properly.
  • Check the product before use to determine whether there are any potentially hazardous parts or conditions.
  • Make sure the child is kept clear of all moving parts, such as wheels, to avoid risk of injury.
  • As the child grows and becomes more mobile, potential hazards increase. At home, remove low-hanging frames or mirrors that could break, as well as any objects that could fall in the event of an impact. Corner tables can also be a danger.
  • Do not allow more than one child on the product at a time.
  • Make sure the child wears appropriate clothing and footwear when using the product.
  • Make sure the rider keeps both hands on the handlebars for proper control.
  • Do not allow the rider to wear anything that obstructs hearing or visibility, or that impairs the functioning of the product.

MAINTENANCE AND SECURITY

  • Do not machine wash or tumble dry the stroller upholstery or storage basket. Hand wash is recommended.
  • Avoid drying the stroller and fabric parts under excessive sun exposure, as it will cause the items to fade and degrade.
  • When not using the stroller, store it in a cool and dry place. Do not expose the stroller to sunlight.
  • Periodically lubricate the moving parts of the stroller, especially wheel axles, to ensure they function smoothly.
  • Check regularly for loose screws, damaged parts, or broken stitches. Replace damaged parts if necessary.
  • Regularly check for abrasion and avulsion.

WARRANTY

The manufacturer warranties this product to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, tire, tubes, cables, or any damage, failure, or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, or storage.

This limited warranty will be void if the product is ever:

  • used in a manner other than for recreation or transportation;
  • modified in any way;
  • rented

The manufacturer is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to the use of this product.

Globber does not offer an extended warranty. If you have purchased an extended warranty, it must be honoured by the store at which it was purchased.
