Please carefully read the instructions before assembly and use the toy.
Be careful when unpacking and assembling the product.
Do not step or stand on back of frame which will cause product overturned.
Make sure children's feet can touch the ground freely before riding.
Do not use on wet days, or on wet ground.
Adult assembly only. The toy contained potentially hazardous conditions (small parts) in unassembled state.
Don't let your child access unassembled components until assembly is complete. Adult shall check regularly to ensure the item is assembled correctly to prevent collapsing during use.
General instructions of use
- Prior to use, make sure that the product has been assembled properly. Check all the connection elements: parent handle; footrest; saddle; handlebar must be correctly adjusted and make sure that the locking mechanisms are securely locked. Check the product before the child rides to determine if there are any potentially hazardous parts or conditions.
- Children should be supervised by adult while riding this product. Special care should be taken to instruct children in safe riding.
- Do not use on the public highways, examples of safe riding area: To be used on flat and no gravel areas (playground, Public Square)
- Do not use this product near a staircase, on a slope, on a road or on a wet surface.
- More mobility child grows; the more potential hazards increase. At home, be sure to remove frames or mirrors hung too low and could break, and any object that could fall in the event of impact. Corner table can also be a danger.
- Do not allow more than one rider on the product at a time.
- Be sure the child wears clothes and appropriate footwear when using product.
- Be sure the rider keeps both hands on the handlebars for proper control.
- Do not allow the rider to wear anything that obstructs hearing and visibility, or which impairs the functioning of product.
- The product should be used with caution since skill is required to avoid falls or collisions causing injury to the user or third parties.
- When both the handlebar turning system and steering system are activated, the footrest and parent handle have to be removed.
Protective equipment should be worn. Not to be used in traffic. Always wear safety equipment (helmet, elbow-pads, kneepads, gloves).
This toy has no brake.
How to assemble LEARNING BIKE 3in1 Deluxe (ride on mode)

Pull the knob (grey colour) out and turn it 45 degrees to the right until you hear a click.

Take out the black protector cap from the front wheels’ head tube, slot the body frame into the front wheels’ head tube, then turn the knob (grey colour) 45 degrees to the left to securely fix the frame.

Unscrew the bottom hex screw located on the front of the handlebars. Insert the handlebars’ stem onto the front wheels’ head tube; push the handlebars’ stem down and align the handlebars’ hex screw hole with the front wheels’ head tube. Make sure the handlebars are placed in the correct direction [see pic 3] and re-tighten the screw with the Allen key included in pack. Pull up the handlebars to make sure they are securely fixed.

To install the rear wheels, unscrew the 2 screws on the rear wheels’ subassembly with the Allen key included in pack, then insert the rear wheels’ subassembly into the learning bike’s frame. Once it is in the correct position, with the holes of the frame and the rear wheels’ subassembly tube aligned, re-screw the screws with the Allen key provided in pack and ensure that they are securely tight.

To insert the saddle, open the clamp and press the bottom spring-loaded button on the saddle’s stem. Then, push the saddle down until you hear a click. Close the clamp. The saddle is adjustable with 2 available heights (24.2cm; 26.2cm). The minimum saddle stem insertion level is noted by the 'IIIIIIIII with MIN' marking on the saddle stem and corresponds to the position of the spring-loaded in the upper tube hole.

Take the footrest and slide it up the footrest stem. You must press the spring-loaded button on the side of the footrest stem; the footrest is secure once you hear a click and twist the knob under the footrest to 90 degrees. The footrest must be facing forwards, not backwards, to be in the correct position.
Check footrest is securely locked before every use.

To assemble the parent handlebar, take the top part of the parent handle, where there is the black handle, and place it into the bottom shaft by pressing the spring-loaded button. There are 2 available heights on the parent handlebar (88cm; 93cm). Align the spring-loaded button with the hole; you must hear a click to ensure the handle is securely in place. To secure the parent handlebar to the learning bike, carefully place the shaft through the saddle’s hole and into the hole on the learning bike’s frame by pressing the spring-loaded button. Once you hear a click, the pole is secure. Pull up the parent handlebar to make sure it’s securely fixed.

Slide the canopy into the slot on the parent handle until you hear a click.

To fix the bag, fix the bottom rear Velcro strap to the base of the parent handlebar; fix the middle rear Velcro strap to the middle of the parent handlebar; hook the top part of the bag to the parent handlebar and fix both elastic hoops to the base of the learning bike. Make sure the bag is securely fix before starting to use the product. Warning! The bag is not a toy; don’t let children play with bag. The bag is just for parent storage. 2 kg max. Overloading the bag may cause a hazardous unstable condition.

Slide the cup holder into the slot on the parent handle until you hear a click.

Transform from Ride-on mode to Learning Bike mode with two rear wheels (A-B) (learning bike)

Remove the bag by releasing the elastic loops on the top & bottom of the bag and all Velcro straps on the parent handlebar.

Remove the canopy and cup holder by lifting it up from its slot.

Press the spring-loaded button located on the side of the tube of the learning bike’s frame bar to remove the parent handlebar.

Remove the footrest by turning the knob 90 degrees, then press the spring-loaded button on the left-side of the footrest stem.
Transform from Learning Bike mode with two rear wheels to Walking Bike mode with a double-width rear wheel subassembly (B-C) (walking bike mode)

Unscrew the 2 screws on the rear wheels’ subassembly with the Allen key included in pack. Pull off the rear wheels’ subassembly from the learning bike’s frame.

Insert the double-width rear wheel subassembly into the learning bike’s frame. Once it is in the correct position, with the screw holes of the frame and the double-width rear wheels’ subassembly tube aligned, re-screw the screws with the Allen key provided in pack and ensure that they are securely tight.
How to operate the turning system

Hand-steering mode unlocked: Pull and turn the grey knob 45°to the right to activate the handlebar turning system from a disabled position.

Hand-steering mode disabled: turn the grey knob 45° to the left to disable the handlebar turning system from an unlocked position.

Lean-to-steering mode unlocked: pull the coloured button out to activate the lean-to-steer function from a disabled position
-
Lean-to-steering mode disabled: push the coloured button in to lock the lean-to-steer function from an unlocked position.
The turning system comes with 4 modes of operation, thanks to its the 2 locking systems:

A) DIRECTION LOCKED MODE: The grey knob needs to be disabled to lock the handlebar turning system, and the coloured button also needs to be disabled to lock the lean-to-steer function. When in this position, the product can only move in straight lines forward and backward.

B) CLASSIC HAND-STEERING MODE: The grey knob needs to be enabled by pulling and turning the knob 45° to the right to activate the handlebar turning system. The coloured button should remain disabled in this mode. When in this position, the product can turn by moving the handlebars by hand navigation.

C) LEAN-TO-STEER MODE: The grey knob needs to be disabled to lock the handlebar turning system. The coloured button needs to be enabled by pulling the coloured button out to activate the lean-to-steer function. When in this position, the product can turn by leaning into the direction (left or right) your child wants to turn.

D) LEAN-TO-STEER & HAND-STEERING MODE: The grey knob needs to be enabled by pulling and turning the knob 45° to the right to activate the handlebar turning system.The coloured button also needs to be enabled by pulling the coloured button out to activate the lean-to-steer function. When in this position, the product can be used in both hand-steering and lean-to-steer to control the steering & handlebar turning direction.
WARNING! Make sure the handlebar turning system (grey knob) & the steering system are securely locked in the correct mode before using the product.
Ride on mode
The parent handlebar can be used to accompany children during use. Install the footrest, place the child’s feet on the footrest and the adult pushes using the parent handlebar to control the product.
In ride-on mode, there are only 2 turning and steering options available:

The handlebar turning system locked (grey knob) + steering system locked (coloured button) to only go straight.

The handlebar turning system locked (grey knob) + steering system activated (coloured button) to turn to the right and left while the child is sitting on the seat.
Don’t unlock the handlebar turning system knob in ride on mode to allow the parent to remain in control of the turning system.

If the child turns left but parent wants to turn right or go straight.
-
If the child does not take any action, but learning bike run over bump, the handlebar will turn to left or right automatically and handlebar will be difficult to return to centre line.

If the child turns to the left or right quickly, it will cause the speed reduced suddenly or abrupt stop, the child may fall down.
Learning bike mode and Walking bike mode
First tries
There is no need for long explanations, just let the child try and watch what he or she does with it. Children are masters in learning, and you strengthen this capability by letting them try themselves. Normally, they find out rather quickly how the device can be moved and steered. Make sure your child sits on the seat not on the frame.
Rolling
• Learning bike: Push forward off the ground with left and right foot at same time. The more smoothly the feet roll off from toes to heel, the easier and faster your child will go.
• Walking bike: Push forward off the ground with left and right foot in alternation. The more smoothly the feet roll off from toes to heel, the easier and faster your child will go.
Braking
The product can be stopped with the feet. The child can stop moving by stopping walking/running. Please take care that your child can always stop from the speed it produces and wears appropriate shoes.
How to operate the rear rotative system
The rear rotative system will operate on its own when the lean-to-steer function is activated (Learning bike and walking bike mode) to allow the product to keep all wheels on the road when the kid is using the product.
Make sure the rear rotative system is functioning before use. To check simply try to turn the rear wheels’ subassembly left and right with your hand. The rear rotative system is disabled when the parent handlebar is inserted in the frame for ride-on mode.
Maintenance and security
- Security checks: check periodically the product to identify any loose or dislocated element - particularly the wheels, saddle, and handlebars.
- Periodic cleaning will bring a good life. Wipe the product with a dry cloth if it has been soiled.
- Regularly check the condition of abrasion and avulsion.
- Regularly check that parts are not broken or damaged, if this happens, stop using this product.
- Regular checks can prevent an accident.
Warranty
The manufacturer warranties this product to be free of manufacturing defects for period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, tire, tube or cables, or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, or storage.
This limited warranty will be void if the product is ever:
- used in a manner other than for recreation or transportation;
- modified in any way;
- rented
The manufacturer is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to the use of this product.
Globber does not offer an extended warranty. If you have purchased an extended warranty, it must be honoured by the store at which it was purchased.
